Diamond Paste
Diamond paste is used for the lapping of T C Diesand hardened steel roller safter its use. It helps in maintaining the surface of the die and steel rollers. It enables the user to overcome the damage in the profile of the die by using diamond paste and the tools that are specifically made for the purpose. These pastes are highly graded diamond compound compatible with Oil and water. Diamond Paste is available in Syringes of 5 grams and a variety of micron sizes (each for a specific purpose, i.e., polishing or lapping)
Measuring Pins
Measuring pins are also known as ‘Gauge Pins’; these are precision pins with a ± 1-micron tolerance. These are used for testing the sizes of Enamelling Dies. It is not recommended to check the bore size of enamelling die by drawing wire; hence, measuring pins are used. These pins are offered in sizes starting from 0.500mm and with a minimum step of 0.005mm (steps can be customized as per the customer’s requirement). A wooden box is offered along with the pins that help in keeping the pins segregated. Sizes are punched in the box, and pins are placed inside small bottles. A calibration certificate is supplied along with the pins.
Diamond Files
Diamond files are offered in shapes like Flat, Round, Rectangular, Triangle & Half Round. These files are used for re-cutting & lapping of Tungsten Carbide Dies. The use of Diamond files reduces the time and effort needed for re-cutting and lapping of dies. Many wire manufacturers re-cut and use existing carbide dies in-house with the help of these files.
