The oldest but still very much a part of the wire enamelling process. The Split die is made of a Bronze Metal sheet that is custom made to mainly four sizes, i.e., 9.5mm, 11mm, 12mm, and 14mm.

We manufacture split dies from a range of 0.400mm to 5.00mm. These dies require precision while making bore sizes; hence we have a separate team explicitly trained to manufacture split dies.
