Natural monocrystalline diamond is the hardest known material, almost twice as hard as the cubic boron nitride. Approximately 6% of the rough natural diamond is suitable for the production of drawing die. Simultaneously, considerable demand is needed to select quality, careful artistry to make the die. We manufacture diamond dies from a size range of 0.050mm to 1.000mm.

The diamonds are thoroughly inspected before they are flattened, then the same are inserted in a stainless steel case that is later mounted by a heating process. Our diamond dies are widely accepted for fine wire drawing. To Manufacturing ND dies, it requires high skill and accuracy, which we have maintained for more than three decades.
