Re-sizing & Re-polishing

We also provide services to our customers for re-sizing and re-polishing of all the dies. We encourage customers to maintain the dies periodically; this will increase the dies' life, and so will production. We suggest that a die set must be re-polished and thoroughly checked every three months of use.

The continuous drawing of wire impacts the die's drawing angle, which needs to be rectified for better productivity. At G. S. Dies, we inspect the dies thoroughly and report to customers regarding any wear and tear that needs to be remedied or if any die must be replaced.
